Kop Zuidas is located in the northeast of Zuidas, next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre. This area is adjacent to the Rivierenbuurt, fits in with the green profile of the South of Amsterdam and is within walking distance of the Amstel river. Kop Zuidas is easily accessible by car and public transport given that the A10 ring road and the RAI station are just around the corner.

A large number of buildings have been constructed in this area, including Motel One, the Luminuz apartment complex and Flow Amsterdam, which includes a regional training centre and commercial facilities. New apartment complexes, such as Square and Rivers, were recently added and more are being built like Sud and Zuidoever. In addition, suit maker Suitsupply is currently building its characteristic new head office and store next to Motel One and developer AM is realizing its multi-use concept Crossover.
