It will be a diverse neighbourhood with a variety of different types of homes, such as social housing, low-cost owner-occupied homes, mid-segment rental homes and sheltered accommodation. TudorPark offers the space and atmosphere of an attractive rural village with wide avenues and a green centre, but then in the
middle of the Randstad conurbation. It is a unique neighbourhood built in English Tudor style with steep ceramic slate roofs, glazing bar windows and chimney pots.

TudorPark is located between the Hoofdvaart and the Toolenburgerplas in Hoofddorp-Zuid. It is an area which is undergoing extensive development.
