The plan is to build approximately 1,374 new homes in TudorPark. It will be a diverse neighbourhood with a variety of different types of homes, such as social housing, low-cost owner-occupied homes, mid-segment rental homes and sheltered accommodation. TudorPark offers the space and atmosphere of an attractive rural village with wide avenues and a green centre, but then in the
middle of the Randstad conurbation. It is a unique neighbourhood built in English Tudor style with steep ceramic slate roofs, glazing bar windows and chimney pots.

In a number of years, Hyde Park will be a modern, low-traffic urban neighbourhood for young and old, singles, couples and families. A former office district is to be transformed into a neighbourhood
with 3,800 apartments, cafés and restaurants, grocery shops, offices, business accommodation for the self-employed, a hotel and room for a dental practice or fitness centre.

The municipality of Haarlem is looking for a building group at a self-built housing location of 470 m2 on the corner of the Stockholmstraat and the Engelandlaan. The building group will develop in collective private commissioning 6 to 8 dwellings on the terrain.

On this location the Toekomstwijk (Futurequarter) Zwemmerslaan will be built. The terrain measures more than 2 hectares and the aim is to realise a sustainable residential district here. With objectives as green, circular, sustainable and innovative, we aim at a special and durable project. There is space for about 130 dwellings in the middle and higher segment. Self-built housing and demand-driven building are important projects.

Victoriapark West is located in the south of Hoofddorp between the Bennebroekerweg and the Nieuwe Bennebroekerweg, west of the public transportation line. In april 2017, a development plan was established for this new residential area. Amongst others it stipulates that up to 180 houses (ground-dwelling and apartments) will be built.

Surrounded by Lelystad’s vibrant coastal area is an architectural masterpiece: the apartment block of Batavia Quarter.

It is located right on the Spaarne at the southern edge of the centre of the city in the Rozenprieel district. The existing building Koningstein must be demolished to make space for the current development.

The Fietsznfabriek is located on the river Spaarne on the eastern edge of the city of Haarlem in the ‘Scheepsmakerskwartier’. Houtmarkt 7 is a national monument. The complex is located near the access road to Haarlem city centre and in between the railway stations of Haarlem Centraal and Haarlem-Spaarnwoude. The new build on the Oostvest side shall be a key element in the Haarlem conservation area’s appearance.

De Scheg, in Noorder Legmeerpolder, is the latest district of Amstelveen to be expanded. Its gross area is about 59 hectares, and it is located south of Westwijk between Legmeerdijk and Bovenkerkerweg. The name Scheg (skeg, part of a boat keel) comes from the shape of the region, whose southern border is formed by a Schiphol flight route (and also an aircraft noise contour) that runs diagonally through the polder.

Warande is a new neighborhood situated in the south of Lelystad and close to the Oostvaardersplassen, Hollandse Hout nature reserves and nearby the highway exit. This neighborhood connects the city to nature quite literally, through its location, and is to be a green area with about 10% open water and 25% forest and parkland.
