The plan is to build approximately 1,374 new homes in TudorPark. It will be a diverse neighbourhood with a variety of different types of homes, such as social housing, low-cost owner-occupied homes, mid-segment rental homes and sheltered accommodation. TudorPark offers the space and atmosphere of an attractive rural village with wide avenues and a green centre, but then in the
middle of the Randstad conurbation. It is a unique neighbourhood built in English Tudor style with steep ceramic slate roofs, glazing bar windows and chimney pots.
In a number of years, Hyde Park will be a modern, low-traffic urban neighbourhood for young and old, singles, couples and families. A former office district is to be transformed into a neighbourhood
with 3,800 apartments, cafés and restaurants, grocery shops, offices, business accommodation for the self-employed, a hotel and room for a dental practice or fitness centre.
The centre of Nieuw-Vennep will be developed as the beating heart of Nieuw-Vennep. The area will be extended with a mix of residential buildings (owner occupied and rent), shops, hospitality and wellfare facilities.

|Zwemmerslaan / Cajanuspad||2 ha|
On this location the Toekomstwijk (Futurequarter) Zwemmerslaan will be built. The terrain measures more than 2 hectares and the aim is to realise a sustainable residential district here. Self-built housing and demand-driven building are important projects.

|De Scheg||45 ha|
De Scheg, in Noorder Legmeerpolder, is the latest district of Amstelveen to be expanded. Its gross area is about 59 hectares, and it is located south of Westwijk between Legmeerdijk and Bovenkerkerweg. The name Scheg (skeg, part of a boat keel) comes from the shape of the region, whose southern border is formed by a Schiphol flight route (and also an aircraft noise contour) that runs diagonally through the polder.
Warande is a new neighborhood situated in the south of Lelystad and close to the Oostvaardersplassen, Hollandse Hout nature reserves and nearby the highway exit. This neighborhood connects the city to nature quite literally, through its location, and is to be a green area with about 10% open water and 25% forest and parkland. With the development of Warande, Lelystad will benefit from 8,500 new homes over the coming years, representing some 2,000 lots. Warande offers a range of beautifully located and affordable housing, for sale and rent, and including terraced, semi-detached and detached houses and apartments. It gives you the freedom of the outdoors, with all amenities within easy reach. The district now has its own DEEN-supermarket, primary school, childcare, healthcare and veterinary facilities.
