'Anbang sells Dutch portfolio for € 700 million'

Chinese investor Anbang reportedly sold a Dutch office portfolio for € 700 million, ReactNews reports. The buyer of the six offices is asset manager Aviva Investors.

Further details about the deal have not been released by the parties involved. Various media report that it concerns the offices Cross Towers in Amsterdam, Weenatoren and Weena 200 in Rotterdam and the offices Sirius, Orion and Forum in The Hague.

Aviva Investors completed several transactions in the Netherlands last year. One of these was the purchase of Keizersgracht 119 - 121 in Amsterdam. The fully leased canal house has 1,927 m² and was for rent on funda for € 428 per m2 per year.
