Trinity Buildings in Amsterdam Southeast transformed into 133 homesPublished on 25-02-2020
The Trinity Buildings, three office buildings at Pietersbergweg 1-47 on the Amstel III business park in Amsterdam Southeast, will be transformed into 133 homes.
The owner Certitudo Capital has made agreements with the municipality of Amsterdam on this. The Trinity Buildings are being successively transformed. The first building will start in April 2020 and the last building at the end of 2020. With this transformation, 102 medium-length, 27 free sector and 4 social rental homes will be realized. Trinity Buildings is being built on an island. The residents will have access to a collective outdoor space at ground level.
There is also an underground parking facility with bicycle and car parking spaces. Trinity Buildings is rented out by iResidence and is expected to be delivered in the spring of 2021. Certitudo Capital has various positions in Amstel III and will develop around 1,500 homes and 35,000 m² of office space over the next five years. “We are creating a beautiful, mixed and sustainable new city district, close to the greenery.
