Xior Student Housing buys 247 student dwellings in AmsterdamPublished on 02-05-2018
The Belgian investor Xior Student Housing bought three student housing blocks in Amsterdam. The transaction represents an investment value of 47 million euro and has an initial yield of around 5.6%.
The three blocks house a total of 247 units, ranging from 23 sq² to 52 sq². Christian Teunissen, Xior’s CEO states: “This acquisition adds three brand-new properties to our portfolio, which also contribute immediately to the result. In addition, Xior becomes operationally active in the largest student city in the Netherlands, which in other words makes this acquisition a perfect addition to the growth and operational activities of Xior.”
